The Lallemond’s— update

Betty called a few minutes ago with praises and continued prayer. Jean’s father was able to get a call through to Jean’s sister. Jean’s parents are safe and their home was not damaged. Betty’s Mom’s house is also ok. They asked for continued prayer for Betty’s Aunt and Jean’s cousin who have not been heard from yet.

From Our Missionaries

Edgar Asuncion, Cambodia is praying and asking us to help pray that the Lord will provide at least 50 chairs at $ 7.00 per chair as their church has outgrown seating. They also need 3 big canvases to be used in the 9 extension classes for the children to sit when we go and teach them at the villages at $ 30.00 each. And lastly they need some medicines for the children especially in the feeding center. Many of them have cough and colds, some of them have fever when they get to church.

Dave Kistler, HOPE Ministries International asks prayer for his son, Nathan, who desires God’s wisdom in the direction He would desire for him as he chooses between “several significant musical opportunities before him.” He also desires prayers for their full schedule of evangelistic and revival meetings. They are also praying that the Lord will grant the opportunity to be on at least three radio stations around the US.

Bob Dayton, Nicaragua is scheduled to begin construction of a new church building January 15th in Puerto Cabezas for which they are praying and raising money to build. They need about $6,000 to finish the project (they have $14,000).

Pray for family in Haiti

Please be in pray for Jean and Betty’s Lallemand family in Haiti. Jean and Betty are in Life Group 3. Jean’s parents went back to Haiti in December. Because of yesterday’s earthquake, they have been unable to contact them. Jean’s parents are Pierre and Alourdes Lallemand. Jean and Betty are very concerned because Jean’s parents were located between 2 areas that they know were very badly damaged. Please lift this family up in your prayers.

First Time Attendees – January 10th

We did not have any to request prayer but we did have one of the two visitors to indicate they are looking for a church home. Could Grace be God’s choice for them? Let’s pray they realize and accept His will and way.

Prayer Request and need

Hey Brother,

I know this is going to sound like a strange request but my sister is coming in the end of March and she is wanting to make some special things and I do not have a Kitchen Aid mixer. I was wondering if anyone has one I can borrow for a week? I am serious! This would just make her day, she has corpoal tunnel in her hands so she cant knead the dough.

Also does anyone know if a person has a in-law suite available? Amber and Ryan are looking for a place and cant afford much and she would like to stay in the powder springs, dallas, hiram , lithia springs, or Austell area. If you know of anything would you please contact me at

mrrshopper or 770-714-4389

Thanks
